Boiler Servicing
A boiler service is something that we advise is carried out annually to maintain safety and efficiency, and to help reduce your carbon footprint. Having a regular service will also highlight any potential problems before they become more serious and costly.
If you have had a new boiler installed then an annual service is very important and should not be overlooked as it will continue to validate the manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee should a problem arise.

Landlord Gas Safety Checks
If you own a rental property you’ll need an annual Gas Safety Check (CP12) carried out every 12 months by law. We will liaise with your tenants on your behalf and advise you of any defects / recommendations following our visit. You will also be notified by us when your check is due for renewal again.
Central Heating Upgrades
Making upgrades to your central heating system can result in greater efficiency, meaning you use less energy, and in turn save money, which is always a welcome idea.
From installing new radiators, adding thermostatic radiator valves, replacing a pump, or installing an inline system filter, we can help you to improve the performance and efficiency of your central heating.
Chemical Powerflushing & Thermal Imaging Assessments
Magnetite, limescale, and sludge build up in your central heating pipework over time resulting in dirty system water, which can cause blockages, cold spots on radiators, and in some cases cause your boiler to break down.
We can carry out a full thermal imaging survey of your central heating system to determine whether a powerflush is needed, which can help to save you money on your heating bills.
